Climbing La Bufa

Two of Mexico’s finest climbers scaling the cliffs of La Bufa, with the city of Guanajuato sprawling below. These images were shot for the cover of Mexico’s leading climbing magazine. To get this angle, I was strapped into a climbing harness about 40 feet off the ground, perched alongside the climbers. We left before dawn to hike up the mountain, where the crew was already set up. Easily one of my most exciting shoots. I felt truly honored to help showcase the incredible skill of these athletes.
